Reporting to the Senior Brand and Partnerships Manager. Oritain is on the lookout for an exceptional experienced Global Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to support the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all markets.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive customer engagement and demand generation.
  • Lead and develop a global events playbook
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing tools and materials that support sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
  • Co-ordinate events end-to-end including venue selection, contract negotiation, speakers, sponsors, invitees, logistics, AV & virtual event setup, registration, email communication, budget reconciliation.
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner
  • Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing or related roles, preferably in the global market.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and proven success operationalising event schedules.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and technologies.
  • B2B experience and working with multi-national businesses
  • Self-starter and solution focused
  • Capable of traveling frequently for on-site event management for events globally (45% annual travel)

Desirable:

  • Experience in sustainability, supply chain, fashion
  • Batchelor Degree in Marketing, Business, MBA

This role is hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.

  • Base Salary: $80,000-$110,000
